R290 Gas Distribution System

Project Design Basis

Implementation of a new technology in our customer’s manufacturing process (clothes dryer production), which required the installation of an R290 gas distribution system, including:

  • 23 m³ horizontal aboveground storage tanks,
  • Transfer pumps,
  • Booster pumps,
  • Gas detection system,
  • Nitrogen system,
  • PLC and instrumentation cabinet,
  • Internal piping, rooftop piping, valves, and instrumentation,
  • Process container,
  • Refueling station,
  • Supply pipelines feeding the production line.
