LPG filling station modules
CHEMET, in cooperation with EMGAZ Sp. z o.o. of Cieszyn (manufacturer of DRAGON LPG dispensers), offers customers complete, modular and mass-produced LPG filling stations – certified and CE-marked.
Why choose our LPG station module?
CHEMET – EMGAZ LPG STATION is a new approach to quality and safety in the Polish autogas industry. Our stations are worth choosing for several important reasons:
- Two well-known, proven and reliable manufacturers of tanks and dispensers (essential components of an LPG filling station), have joined forces to offer a safe and unbeatably priced station.
- CHEMET – EMGAZ stations are characterised by the high standard of all components. robustness of workmanship and short assembly times.
- The station modules offered are CE-marked for the entire installation, which facilitates and speeds up the acceptance procedures immediately after installation.
- Due to the fact that the station module is made by CHEMET, the entire installation goes through a trial assembly procedure, which significantly reduces the time for assembling and commissioning the modules on site. This enables all welding and locksmith operations to be carried out on site and any defects in the installation to be eliminated in advance.
In order to finalise the project, the investor is required to complete the necessary formalities:
- Drawing up architectural and construction documentation for an LPG station building permit and obtaining permission;
- Execution of the excavation and foundation for the LPG tank and dispenser, in accordance with the design and Conditions of Development of CHEMET SA;
- Excavation of the Brugga conduit trench;
- Tank unloading on site, foundation and burial;
- Laying of the earth ground wire according to the design of the autogas station or the CHEMET SA Conditions of Construction, electricity supply with the electrical switchgear and its connection on the supply side;
- Laying electrical cables in the ground between the distributor, pump and electrical switchgear;
- Notification of the investment and obtaining (legally required) permits for the use of the LPG station.
