Since the beginning of its business activity CHEMET has rendered a wide scope of services including:
Based on an extensive machine park, CHEMET is trying, to the widest extent possible, to offer its clients a comprehensive range of services accompanying the basic production activity in each of the supported industries – i.e. in the LPG, petrochemical, chemistry and energy sectors.
As part of the process apparatus, we offer a repair service for devices of our own production and made by other manufacturers. Renovations are carried out on the basis of the original documentation of the device or on the basis of new design assumptions related to the change of installation parameters.
Tank repairs
Regarding the Company’s service and renovation activities, the regeneration of the full range of portable pressure tanks and process tanks is the main place.
CHEMET offers repairs:
- portable tanks for liquefied gases
- storage tanks (max. diameter 3000 mm)
- silos (max diameter 3000 mm)
- mixers
- autoclaves
A typical range of repair activities includes:
shot blasting of the external and internal surfaces of tanks, painting (airless spray), replacement of tank components (stubs, end caps, jacket elements). We carry out repairs of delivered tanks at our company.
At the customer’s request, we collect the tank with our own transport.
